Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day return, refund, and exchange policy. You must reach out to us via email (store@charliekirk.com) within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, after that time frame we are unable to process refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it arrived. If you are eligible for a return/exchange, a prepaid shipping label will be provided via email.

A proof of purchase must be provided to process the return.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return it will be inspected. Once approved we will issue the refund to the original form of payment. The refund may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
